3. Install the roller. After the rack, transmission and tensioning device is installed, the upper and lower idler rollers can be installed so that the conveyor belt has a slowly curved arc, and the carriage spacing of the bending section is 1 / 2 ~ 1/3.After the roller is installed, it should be flexible and light.
4. Final confirmation of belt conveyor. To ensure that the conveyor belt is always running on the centerline of the idler and drum, the following requirements must be met when installing the rollers, racks and rollers:
(1) All rollers must be aligned, parallel to each other, and maintained horizontally.
(2) all the rollers in rows, parallel to each other.
(3) The support frame must be linear and maintain horizontal. For this reason, after the drive roller and idler stand is installed, the centerline and the level of the conveyor should be finalized.
5. Then secure the rack on the foundation or floor. After the belt conveyor is fixed, the feeding and discharging device can be installed.
6. When the conveyor belt is attached, the conveyor belt is spread on the roller of the no-load section, and after the drive roller is circled, it is applied to the idler roller.Hanging with a 0.5-1.5t hand winches can be used.
