In addition, the interface flange should be straight and the verticality of the interface should not exceed 1mm to ensure that the conveyor scraper chain does not cause scratches during operation, which is conducive to normal operation and reduce wear and power consumption. Ensure that the head and tail wheel centerline level tolerance is within 6mm, and the head, tail wheel and support rail must be centered, and the level of the head and tail axle must be leveled.

Determine the running direction of the conveyor scraper chain, do not reverse it. Ensure that the conveyor scraper chain has proper tightness and should not be too tight or too loose. Adjust the tail device to ensure that the unused travel is not less than 50% of the whole process. The motor output shaft, reducer output shaft and conveyor head shaft should be parallel, the size sprocket should be cope with, and the axial displacement of the two sprocket wheels The amount should be within 2mm.
